"Extension 77" is another feature commonly used in conjunction with the Black List feature. Transfer someone to "Extension 77"
Extension 77 is a fake call queue that assures the caller that they are very important to us and that they are the first one in line for a representative.. This, of course, is followed by "Rick Astley's Never Wanna Give you Up".
To listen to what your caller hears you can dial "77" on your Cool Telecom phone.
How to use this feature
During a telephone call, transfer the call to extension 77 by dialing:
# # (pause for a second) 7 7 #
Note: Pause briefly after the first two # keys. Allison will say "Transfer". Then dial the remaining digits. The caller will be transferred to the "Rick Roll" queue giving you time to block the number before they call back.
